Subject to stock availability: We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait to restock the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Charges:

We provide FREE Shipping on any order value purchased from https://classicwatchstore.com, for places designated as serviceable pin codes.

3. Shipping Partner: Our domestic logistic partner is Blue Dart, Delhivery, Express Bees, FedEx, etc.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Time to Deliver:

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

Delivery Time for Domestic Orders: It takes 5-7 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within India, given that the delivery is not delayed due to governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government.

In the unlikely event that the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time, the order is canceled and the customer is notified of the same. In such cases, the refund is made directly to the customer’s bank account. Since the delivery of products is address-specific, please ensure that the address entered while placing the order is correct.

4.2 Product Dispatch/handling Time:

Orders placed before 04 PM – IST) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address:

For a change of delivery address request, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.4 Items Out Of Stock:

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications:

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Alternatively, you can also call us on our support number to track your orders.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

7. Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

8. Process for parcel lost in transit:

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
